Multicultural Week in Loreto

We celebrated our first Multicultural Week in Loreto, Wexford from Monday, 19 to Friday, 23 November.

On Monday, 12 November, Alanna Fusciardi Wallace, who had been selected from 5th year to represent Loreto Wexford, attended the club round of the Rotary Youth Leadership Development Programme.

Athletics success

On Saturday, 3 November Maeve Hayes (5th year) was a member of the Silver medal winning Irish team (Intermediate) at the Schools International Pentathlon at the Emirates Arena, Glasgow.

“My Special Olympics” – report by Bridget Cowman, 6^th year student

During my summer holidays I won three more medals for my Wexford Special 0lympics club at the Ireland games in Dublin.

Now I have 35 medals altogether. I won my latest medals for Rhythmic Gymnastics. I won gold medals for ribbon, gold for hoops and sliver for clubs.
