Parents’ Council AGM 16 September 2024

Welcome 

E Harpur welcomed everyone, especially all new attendees to the AGM.  

Chairpersons Address: 

E Harpur provided an overview of the purpose and role of the Parents Council. She gave a synopsis of the activities of the parents’ council over the past year.  

Financial Report 

N Carty provided a financial report. The opening balance for the 2023-24 year was €2612.04. An overview of all income and expenditure was provided. The closing balance was €2657.06. 

Deputy Principals Address 

Mr O’Dowd provided an overview of work carried out in the school over the Summer months, the LC2 programme and upcoming planned parent information meetings, open night for 5^th and 6^th pupils etc. 

Election of Officers 

The following officers were elected
