Welcome Back:

Over the past number of days, all groups attended Introduction Meetings and their timetabled classes. We express the hope that all Loreto families had a good summer, and we look forward to a happy, safe and productive year.

Leaving Certificate Results 2024:

On Friday, 23 August, the class of 2024 received the results of their state exams. We commend all students on their superb results and extend our best wishes to them as they start the next part of the young lives. We thank the teachers and support staff in the school for helping the girls reach their potential.

When looking at the results, 69% of our students achieved 400 points or more with 46% obtaining over 500 CAO points. Eleven students achieved over 600 points and four archived 625 points, the maximum available. We congratulate Ailbhe Cullinane, Orla Banville, Eve Donohue and Caoimhe Tobin on this special achievement.

In November, our Academic Awards Ceremony will recognise the achievements of those who obtained over 550 points.
