Soroptimist Public Speaking Competition
Well done to Sadhbh Cullinane, Emily McMillan and Megan Flanagan, all from 4.2, who represented the school in this year’s competition on 17 November in the Riverbank House Hotel. The girls spoke excellently on topics such as ‘Friendship and Volunteering’ and ‘Technology’.
6th year Wellbeing Day
6th year students will have their Wellbeing Day on Friday, 2 December. Part of the school’s ongoing commitment to mental and physical wellbeing, this day features a number of workshops and talks on areas designed to support students both now and into the future. They will experience yoga, dance fitness, zamba drumming, mindfulness and a talk from a psychologist in the course of the day.
The school is deeply appreciative of all those on staff and from outside who assist in many different ways with this day.
