First Year Soccer

Huge congratulations to our First Year Soccer Team who were crowned Leinster Champions yesterday in Greystones.

Loreto Wexford defeated Lusk Community College in a thrilling final, with Amy Hatchell scoring the winning goal just 15 minutes into the first half.

A fantastic performance from an incredibly talented group of girls — we’re so proud of your hard work, dedication, and team spirit throughout the year.

A special shoutout to our captain Charlotte Stafford, who proudly presented the medals to the team.

Well done to all on an amazing season — Loreto Wexford are Leinster Champions!

1st Year Camogie

A huge congratulations to our 1st Year Camogie team on a fantastic win in today’s Wexford Post-Primary First Year Final against Mercy New Ross! Final Score: Loreto Wexford 4-04 Mercy New Ross 1-02. More pictures can be seen on our Facebook page.

Under-17 Southeast Leinster Rugby

Congratulations to Philippa Howitt, Sarah Walsh and Keelin Boggan who have been selected on the Under-17 Southeast Leinster Rugby Squad. We wish them the best of luck in their training throughout the summer months.

Students of the Month for April.

Congratulations to the nineteen First Year students who were selected as Students of the Month for April.

This recognition celebrates not only their outstanding behaviour and positive attitude but also their meaningful contribution to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment within our school community.

Each student was presented with a certificate and a prize as a token of our appreciation for their consistent dedication and exemplary conduct throughout the month.

We are incredibly proud of their achievements and grateful for the leadership and inspiration they provide to their peers.

Well done to each of you—your efforts do not go unnoticed.

6th Year Graduation

Our 6th Years graduated yesterday evening with a very special ceremony in Clonard church. A huge thank you to all of the teachers who helped in organising the event and to the girls who took part in the ceremony. Finally, to all our fantastic 6th year students, we want to wish you the very best of luck as you embark on your final weeks of study and exams.
