Parents’ Council A.G.M

The A.G.M. of the Parents’ Council will take place on Monday, 19 September at 19.00 in the Sports Hall. Our guest speaker on the night will be Mr. Tony Bellew. Full details are available in a letter to families posted online today.

School News

  • As our sporting teams begin their campaigns, our senior camogie team started with a warm-up match again Presentation, Wexford on Thursday, 15 September. Well done to all involved and we wish them a successful season. We extend our thanks to Mr. Crowdle, Mr. Goff and Ms. Kelly for their work in organising the match.
  • Congratulations to all Loreto students involved with the St. Martins club following their All-Ireland rounders success.
  • On Monday, 19 September we will welcome our German exchange students to Loreto. We look forward to continuing the long-standing partnership between both schools with a range of activities planned for the week. Our sincere thanks to the coordinating teacher, Ms. Kinsella.
  • Our Transition Years attended a Suicide Prevention awareness afternoon in the Bull Ring last Friday, 9 September.
